Ms. Carrejo

6th and 7th Grade Science

I have a minor in Neuroscience from University of Texas at Arlington. I was a student teacher for Arlington Independent School District. 2022 will be the second year teaching science at Meacham Middle School, the subject she is profoundly passionate about. Not only is science my favorite subject, but I also love to read. Some of my favorite genres are horror, mystery, and historical fiction. When you don't find me reading, I am hiking trails all over the Metroplex area. Some of her favorite trails are by the Trinity River. Other facts about me are that I was born in Brownsville, Tx. and moved to Diamond Hill when I was three. Although since then I have moved to Arlington, this is the area I remember as home.

My name is Mrs. Lazcano and I'm a 6th/7th grade Science teacher at Meacham MS. I graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington. My favorite unit in Science is Genetics. In my free time I like to take my son to the park, garden, and drink coffee!
