This is Miss Sweat’s third year in education, all of which have been spent teaching middle school mathematics.  She earned her bachelor's degree in education from Sam Houston State University (SHSU), where she specialized in grades 4-8 Mathematics.  Miss Sweat’s goal is to create a fun and engaging classroom where students feel encouraged to ask questions, take risks, and grow both academically and personally.  She looks forward to partnering with students and families to make this a successful school year while creating a classroom where students are excited to learn every day.
